The purpose of this website is to serve the homeowners of the Stonehill Townhome Community. Visitors interested in the Community will find useful information as well.
Community living requires responsibilities, limitations, restrictions, obligations about the uses of the property. Covenant obligations and policies (see manual) are necessary to preserve the integrity and aesthetic nature of the community and to provide a proper environment for the well-being of its residents. Please see the Policies/Covenants section of the website.
The affairs of the Stonehill Community Association are managed by a Board of Directors. These eight individuals, elected by owners at the Annual Meeting, have volunteered their time and efforts to administer the actions and finances of the Association. The Board has determined policies for the betterment of the community. Note: Access to Board and some resident information such as the directory, minutes and financials, is password protected.
We appreciate your engagement in the community and look forward to your participation in the affairs and activities of Stonehill.
